hi want to do constant video streaming on my web site , I have a live web cam that updates every 6 seconds but want it to be live with having to refresh , its only a parrot nest box with chicks hatching and being reared by the parents.  i can choose any picture resolusion as i have a stand alone IP  video server 9100a
1, is this posssible
2, how much will it cost per month
3, how do i go about setting it up
