The following Acceptable Use Policy applies to all TNTPowerHost customers. TNTPowerHost reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and modifications will take effect immediately upon publishing.

Prohibited Uses:

Unacceptable use includes, but is not limited to:

1. Using the TNTPowerHost service to store or transmit any content that is illegal.

2. Storing, distributing, installing, or running pirated software or other software for which the customer does not have a license to run.

3. Storing, distributing, or transmitting warez or other copyrighted content for which the customer does not own the copyright for or is not authorized to distribute.

4. Conducting deceptive business or marketing practices.

5. Sending out unsolicited email messages such as spam or any other advertising material where the recipient did not request the information or where the customer does not have an existing business relationship with the recipient.

6. Storing or running malicious programs which include but are not limited to: port scanners, Denial of Service tools, packet sniffers, or any program that is designed to maliciously use up system resources (CPU cycles, RAM, bandwidth, etc).

7. Performing any actions that would deny service to TNTPowerHost users or other Internet users (e.g. Denial of Service attacks).

8. Forging mail headers or any unauthorized use of our mail systems.

9. Running any unapproved processes which include but are not limited to: streaming media servers/clients/rippers, IRC servers or clients (including bouncers, bots, and web IRC applications), BitTorrent trackers or clients, and any other process/daemon/service that has not been approved.

10. Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of service. Examples of security breaches or disruptions include but are not limited to: intercepting or accessing data for which the customer is not the intended recipient, logging into an account that the customer does not have permission to access, attempting to brute-force or otherwise compromise an account password, conducting port scans, ping floods, packet spoofing, and using any kind of script designed to interrupt a user's terminal session.

11. Any form of harassment.

12. Sending unsolicited email messages from our network or other Internet Service Providers intended to advertise websites or services hosted by TNTPowerHost for which the recipient did not request the information.

13. Storing, distributing, or transmitting any pornographic or adult content.

Enforcement:

TNTPowerHost may immediately suspend accounts for violation of any of the above policies upon notification to the customer. Notification can be via email, phone, or fax. Prior to suspending an account, TNTPowerHost will make every attempt to work with the customer to clear violations of this policy and ensure no future violations will occur, however we reserve the right to suspend an account on a first offense if deemed necessary.
